Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly in the rice cooker pot until the water runs clear.

Add the water, 1 cup of coconut milk, granulated sugar, and molasses to the rice cooker pot with the rinsed rice.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the rice cooker pot until well combined and the sugar is dissolved.

Place the pot into the rice cooker, close the lid, and cook the rice according to your rice cooker's instructions for white rice.

After the cooking cycle is complete, do not open the lid. Let the biko rest and steam for 15 minutes inside the rice cooker to allow it to fully absorb the liquids and become tender.

Once rested, carefully transfer the cooked biko to a serving dish or a shallow pan.

Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, press down and smooth out the top surface of the biko to create an even layer.

Optionally, use a fork to create decorative lines or a crosshatch pattern on the surface of the biko for presentation.

Drizzle additional coconut milk over the top of the biko before serving for extra richness and flavor.

Allow the biko to cool slightly, then cut into squares or desired shapes and serve warm or at room temperature.
