Take 4 medium-sized oranges. Carefully peel them and separate them into individual segments, removing as much of the white pith as possible.

Place the peeled orange segments into a clean, medium-sized glass jar with a secure lid.

Add 1 tablespoon of chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, and 1 tablespoon of sugar over the oranges in the jar.

Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander leaves into the jar.

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of honey over all the ingredients in the jar.

Securely close the jar with its lid. Vigorously shake the jar for 30-60 seconds to thoroughly mix all the ingredients with the orange segments until they are evenly coated.

Pour the prepared Viral Orange Chaat onto a serving plate. Serve immediately and enjoy.
