Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Stir in the canned diced tomatoes (undrained), vegetable broth, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add the frozen peas and chopped artichoke hearts to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the peas are heated through.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until it wilts, which should take about 1-2 minutes.

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetable mixture. Toss to combine. If the sauce seems too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil.
