For the Gochujang Mayo: In a small bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Mix all ingredients well until combined and smooth. Set aside.

For the Gochujang Pasta: Mince the 3 cloves of garlic and chop the 50g of bacon into small pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and bacon to the pan and sauté until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.

Add 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the pan with the garlic and bacon. Stir well to combine.

Pour in 1/2 cup of pasta water and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.

Add the 100g of cooked pasta to the pan. Toss everything together thoroughly until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

For the Gochujang Fried Rice: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to create the sauce. Mix well and set aside.

Mince 1 clove of garlic. Finely chop 1/4 of an onion and 1/4 of a carrot.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Crack 1 egg into the pan and scramble it until cooked through. Remove the scrambled egg from the pan and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pan if needed. Add the chopped garlic, onion, and carrot to the pan and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Break up any clumps of rice.

Pour the prepared gochujang sauce over the rice and vegetables. Add the scrambled egg back into the pan.

Mix everything thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the rice is evenly coated with the sauce. Serve immediately.
