Preheat your oven to 400°F, or according to the instructions on your pizza dough packaging. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Unroll the store-bought pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently stretch or roll it out to form a rectangular shape, approximately 10x14 inches.

Arrange the 8 string cheese sticks in a single layer across one half of the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of space from the edge.

Carefully fold the other half of the dough over the cheese sticks, aligning the edges. Gently press down around the cheese to seal the dough, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.

Using a fork, knife, or dough cutter, firmly press down along the sealed edges of the dough and in between each cheese stick to create individual cheesy bread sticks. Do not cut all the way through, just score and seal.

Generously brush the melted garlic herb butter over the entire top surface of the sealed dough.

Evenly distribute the mini pepperonis over the buttered dough.

Bake the cheesy bread in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. The creator baked theirs at 400°F for 12 minutes.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Serve hot, either as is or with marinara sauce for dipping.
