Add 300g of high-protein Greek yogurt into a mixing container.

Add 120ml of light mayonnaise to the yogurt in the container.

Mince 1 garlic clove and add it to the mixture.

Squeeze 5ml of fresh lemon juice into the container.
Grind black pepper into the mixture according to taste.

Add chopped fresh dill to the mixture as desired.

Optionally, add some pickle juice to the mixture for an extra tang.

Stir all ingredients together thoroughly with a spoon until well combined and smooth.
