Place the quartered Meyer lemons into a 1 quart container. There is no need to peel the lemons.

Add the 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to the container with the lemons.

Using a muddler, muddle the lemons, sugar, and salt directly in the container until the lemons are well crushed and their juices are released. Alternatively, you can use your hands to squeeze and crush the lemons.

Fill the container with ice.

Fill the remainder of the container with cold water (or your favorite fizzy water for a sparkling version).

Secure the lid on the container and shake well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Cut a small 'X' in the top of the container's lid, insert a straw, and enjoy your refreshing Meyer Lemon Lemonade. For a spicy kick, add a few slices of fresno chili to the container before shaking.
