In a medium bowl, combine the honey, fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Add the peeled and deveined king prawns to the marinade, tossing gently to ensure all prawns are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes. Do not marinate for longer than 30 minutes as the lemon juice can start to 'cook' the prawns.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the marinated prawns to the hot skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. You may need to cook them in batches. Reserve any remaining marinade.

Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque and are cooked through. If using multiple batches, add the reserved marinade to the last batch during the final minute of cooking to warm it through and coat the prawns.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
