Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare four individual oven-safe bowls or ramekins.

Crack one egg into each of the four prepared bowls. Whisk each egg thoroughly with a fork until the yolk and white are fully combined and slightly frothy.

To each bowl, add 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Using a spoon or fork, thoroughly mix the ingredients in each bowl until a smooth, uniform batter is formed. Ensure there are no dry pockets of flour or protein powder.

Generously scatter 1/4 cup of mixed berries (such as blueberries and raspberries) on top of the batter in each bowl.

Carefully place the bowls into the preheated oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pancake bowls are golden brown and cooked through. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Remove the pancake bowls from the oven. Serve warm, optionally drizzling with an extra teaspoon of sugar-free maple syrup or honey, as needed, before enjoying.
