Place 3-4 medium strawberries into a glass. Use an immersion blender to blend the strawberries directly in the glass until a smooth puree is formed. Set aside.

Add a substantial amount of green grapes (filling approximately 250-300 ml of a blender cup) into a tall blender cup.

Pour 500 ml of water into the blender cup with the grapes.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey and a pinch of salt to the blender cup.

Place the blender cup onto a blender base and blend the mixture until smooth.

Take the glass containing the strawberry puree. Add a generous amount of crushed ice on top of the strawberry puree, filling the glass about halfway.

Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the blended grape mixture directly into the glass, over the crushed ice and strawberry puree, until the glass is full.

Add more crushed ice on top of the drink. Garnish with a skewer of green grapes and a half strawberry.

Squeeze half a lemon over the top of the drink before serving.
