To a pot, add the chicken breast and whole eggs. Cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through and the eggs are hard-boiled, approximately 10-12 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the chicken and eggs from the pot. Allow them to cool slightly. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks or your hands, and peel the hard-boiled eggs. Set both aside.

To a blender, add the peeled hard-boiled eggs, garlic cloves, dried red chilies, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 150 ml of water.

Blend the ingredients until a smooth sauce is formed.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1/2 a handful of shredded cabbage, and 1/2 a sliced onion.

Pour the prepared egg sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of oregano and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well until everything is evenly coated with the sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy your Easiest Chicken Salad!
