Cut the 280g pork belly into cubes.

Place the cubed pork belly into the rice cooker pot.

Add the 15 quail eggs to the pot.

Add the 6 sliced ginger, 3 cloves garlic, and the white parts of the 2 stalks spring onion to the pot.

Add the 1 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 bay leaf to the pot.

Add the 15g rock sugar to the pot.

Pour in the 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce.

Add the 2 tablespoons cooking wine.

Pour water into the pot until all the ingredients are submerged.

Stir all the ingredients in the pot well to combine.

Close the lid of the rice cooker.

Press the 'cook' button on the rice cooker.

Cook for 45 minutes.

Once cooked, the braised pork belly is ready to serve. It can be served with rice and garnished with the green parts of spring onion.
