Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Wrap one slice of bacon tightly around each hot dog.

Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs into the air fryer basket, ideally using a liner for easier cleanup. Cook for 15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.

While the hot dogs are cooking, prepare the cucumber 'buns'. Take each cucumber half and carefully scoop out the seeds and some of the inner flesh using a spoon, creating a hollow channel. Be careful not to break through the bottom.

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. If desired, you can caramelize the onions for an additional topping.

Once the hot dogs are cooked and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Take a hollowed cucumber half and spread a layer of spicy mayonnaise inside the channel.

Carefully place one crispy bacon-wrapped hot dog into the spicy mayo-lined cucumber 'bun'.

Top the hot dog with a generous portion of the sautéed bell peppers and onions. If you prepared caramelized onions, add those as well.

Finish by drizzling ketchup and mustard over the toppings.

Repeat for the remaining hot dogs and serve immediately.
