In a large bowl, combine the 200g ground pork, 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, and 1 egg. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Take one dumpling wrapper and place approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape, then pleat one side of the wrapper to seal it securely.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a ZWILLING PEAK pan over medium heat. Arrange the wrapped pot stickers in a single layer in the hot pan.

Carefully pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan. Immediately cover the pan with a lid.

Let the pot stickers cook for 5-7 minutes, or until all the water has evaporated.

Remove the lid and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms of the pot stickers are golden brown and crispy.

Serve the pot stickers immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
