Open four 290ml bottles of Sprite (or one 1L bottle). Insert 1 black tea bag into each 290ml Sprite bottle (or 4 tea bags into the 1L bottle). Place the capped bottles in the fridge to cold brew for 5 to 10 minutes.

Divide the 120g of ripe mangoes (cut into small pieces) equally among four tall glasses. Add 10 mint leaves to each glass with the mangoes.

Use a muddler to smash the mangoes and mint leaves together at the bottom of each glass until fragrant and the mangoes are well broken down.

Fill each glass approximately two-thirds full with ice cubes.

Pour the cold brew-infused Sprite tea from the bottles into each glass, filling them to the top.

Stir each drink gently with a long spoon. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig if desired. The drinks are then ready to be enjoyed.
