Add the tagliatelle nests, chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, butter cut into pieces, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to a large, deep skillet.

Cover the skillet and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Once it begins simmering, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook covered for approximately 10–12 minutes.

Around 7–8 minutes into the cooking process, lift the lid and gently separate and flip the tagliatelle nests to ensure even cooking. Cover the skillet again and continue cooking until the pasta reaches an al dente consistency.

Remove the lid from the skillet and stir in 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan. Allow the dish to cook uncovered for 1–2 minutes until it becomes ridiculously creamy. If a thicker or cheesier consistency is preferred, add the remaining Parmesan (up to 1/4 cup).

Finish the dish by garnishing with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired. Remember, the sauce will thicken as it sits.
