Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of the chopped cooked bacon, and 2 tablespoons of the chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.

Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the crushed buttery crackers evenly over the top of the dip mixture.

Drizzle the Captain Rodney's Sweet & Spicy Pepper Glaze liberally over the crushed cracker layer.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped cooked bacon and the remaining 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions over the glaze.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown around the edges.

Carefully remove the dip from the oven. Serve hot with additional crackers or chips for dipping.
