Shred the entire Kirkland Signature Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken. Place the shredded chicken back into its original bag or a large, sturdy resealable bag.

In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sesame oil to the melted butter in the pan.

Add the chopped white and light green parts of the green onions to the pan and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Carefully pour the hot mixture from the pan (melted butter, sesame oil, and cooked green onions) into the bag with the shredded chicken.
Add the mayonnaise, soy sauce, chili paste, chili oil, and brown sugar to the chicken in the bag.

Add the remaining chopped green parts of the green onions to the chicken in the bag.

Seal the bag and mix all ingredients thoroughly by massaging the bag from the outside until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.

Add your favorite cooked noodles (vermicelli-like noodles are recommended) to the bag. Reseal the bag and mix again until the noodles are well combined with the chicken and sauce.

Serve the chicken chili noodles in bowls, optionally topping with more chili crisp or chili oil for extra flavor and heat.
