Prepare the ingredients: Dice the 1/2 onion. Grate the 1/2 courgette. Mince the 1 garlic clove. Pat dry the 165 grams raw king prawns with a paper towel and season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the 50 grams casarecce pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Sauté aromatics and vegetables: While the pasta cooks, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the diced 1/2 onion and minced 1 garlic clove to the pan and sauté until softened. Then, add the grated 1/2 courgette and cook until it softens and any excess moisture has cooked off.

Cook the prawns: Add the seasoned 165 grams king prawns to the pan with the vegetables. Cook until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. Once cooked, remove the prawns from the pan and set them aside in a bowl.

Build the sauce: To the same pan, add the 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Stir well to combine the spices with the residual flavors in the pan. Pour in the 100 ml chicken bone broth and 75 ml skimmed milk. Stir thoroughly. Add the 30 grams lightest cream cheese and 12 grams Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is creamy and smooth. Stir in the zest of 1 lemon and half the juice of 1 lemon.

Combine pasta and broccoli: Add the 75 grams broccoli florets to the sauce. Drain the cooked 50 grams casarecce pasta and add it directly to the pan with the sauce and broccoli. Toss everything together to ensure the pasta and broccoli are well coated with the creamy sauce.

Finish and serve: Return the cooked 165 grams king prawns to the pan and gently stir to combine with the pasta and sauce. Taste and season with additional salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and fresh chilli, to taste.
