In a very large stockpot, combine the halved lemons, halved onion, Zatarain’s spice boil, 1 tablespoon Tony’s No-Salt seasoning, 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning, and 2 tablespoons salt. Fill the pot with enough water to cover all the seafood you plan to cook.

Bring the seasoned liquid in the pot to a rolling boil over high heat.

Once the water is boiling, carefully add the mini gold potatoes to the pot.

Next, add the sliced andouille sausage to the pot.

Then, add the halved corn cobs to the pot.

Add the desired amount of crab, optional lobster tails, and optional lobster claws to the pot.

Finally, add the shell-on, deveined shrimp to the pot.

Boil the mixture for 5-7 minutes. After boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot with a lid, and let the seafood soak for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

While the seafood is soaking, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a large pan or skillet, melt the 8 sticks of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the finely minced garlic and finely diced shallots. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

To the butter mixture, add the lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, optional lime pepper, onion powder, garlic powder or granules, Old Bay, chives, parsley, Accent salt, regular salt, sugar, and Tony’s No salt seasoning. Stir well to combine all the seasonings with the butter, cooking for another minute.

Stir in the juice of 2-3 lemons and 1 cup of seafood broth taken directly from the boil pot. Stir the sauce until thoroughly combined and heated through.

Once the seafood has finished soaking, carefully drain it from the pot into a very large serving bowl or directly onto a large serving tray. Add the hard-boiled eggs.

Pour the prepared garlic butter sauce generously over the seafood and eggs. Toss everything together to coat evenly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
