Unwrap the two packages of Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese.

Place the cheese in a shallow pie dish or similar serving dish.

Using a spoon or knife, spread the Boursin cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish to form the base layer.

Open a jar of fig jam or fig preserves. Spoon a generous layer of the fig jam over the Boursin cheese and spread it evenly to cover the entire cheese layer.

Take crushed sea salt pistachios and sprinkle them liberally over the fig jam layer.

Finish the appetizer by drizzling hot honey generously over the top of the pistachios.

Serve immediately with your favorite crackers. If you prefer to serve it warm, preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 5 minutes before serving.
