Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper if desired for easier cleanup.

On the prepared air fryer basket, create four separate 'crusts' by layering 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for each wrap. Arrange about 10 pepperoni slices evenly over each cheese layer.

Air fry the layered mozzarella and pepperoni at 400°F for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges are crispy and golden brown. Carefully remove the crispy pizza 'crusts' from the air fryer and set aside to cool slightly.

While the pizza 'crusts' are cooking, prepare the Caesar salad. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well coated. If using, add crushed croutons and toss again.

To assemble each wrap, place a generous portion of the prepared Caesar salad onto the center of a crispy pepperoni pizza 'crust'.

Carefully fold or roll the pizza 'crust' around the Caesar salad to create a wrap. Serve immediately and enjoy your high-protein, low-carb Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Wrap!
