Preheat your oven to 375°F. Have a 9x13 inch baking dish ready.

In the baking dish, pour in the full-fat coconut milk. Add the red Thai curry paste, brown sugar, freshly grated garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and freshly grated ginger. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce has a uniform orange hue.

Add the fresh spinach to the sauce in the baking dish. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer amongst the spinach and sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the dumplings to ensure they are well coated.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

While the dumplings are baking, chop the green onions and fresh cilantro for garnish.

Once baked, carefully remove the hot dumpling bake from the oven. Remove the foil.
Generously garnish the dumpling bake with the chopped green onions and fresh cilantro. Spoon several dollops of chili crisp over the top of the dish.

Serve immediately and enjoy the tender dumplings in a creamy, spicy, and aromatic sauce.
