Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

Prepare the homemade garlic oil: In a small bowl, combine the chopped garlic, dried oregano, chili flakes, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

On a lightly floured surface, stretch or spread out the fresh pizza dough into your desired shape (round or rectangular). If using a pizza peel, dust it with a little cornmeal or flour to prevent sticking.

Spoon the prepared garlic oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

Dollop the ricotta cheese over the garlic oil. Then, sprinkle 1 cup of the Italian cheese blend over the ricotta.

Add small dollops of fig preserves over the cheese. Arrange the fresh basil leaves (from the pizza ingredients) on top of the pizza.

Evenly distribute the slices of prosciutto over the toppings. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Italian cheese blend over the prosciutto.

Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven or pizza stone. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is chewy-crisp and golden, and the cheese is melty and bubbly.

While the pizza bakes, prepare the arugula topping: In a medium bowl, toss the arugula with the balsamic glaze and Parmesan cheese.

Once the pizza is baked, carefully remove it from the oven. Immediately top the hot pizza with the tossed arugula mixture.

Drizzle generously with spicy honey over the entire pizza. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy your Spicy Honey White Pizza!
