In a jar, combine 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 120 ml of milk. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 8 hours) to allow the chia seeds to swell and the pudding to set.

Slice 1 banana into rounds. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the hot pan. Add the sliced banana pieces and drizzle 1 teaspoon of maple syrup over them. Cook the bananas until they are golden brown and caramelised, about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.

Remove the prepared coffee yogurt chia pudding from the refrigerator. Carefully spoon 150 grams of plain Greek yogurt on top of the chia pudding layer in the jar.

Next, add the warm caramelized bananas over the Greek yogurt layer.

Finally, grate 10 grams of dark chocolate over the caramelized bananas as a topping.

Serve and enjoy immediately.
