Cut your preferred steak cut into bite-sized, cube-like pieces. Place the cubed steak into a bowl and season generously with your go-to steak seasoning. Mix thoroughly with your hands until the steak pieces are evenly coated.

Place a large pan on high heat. Add the olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, add the seasoned steak pieces to the pan. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding and ensure a nice crust. Sear the steak bites on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned and crusted. Remove the seared steak from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan (without cleaning it), add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Let the butter and garlic bubble and become fragrant for about 30 seconds. Return the previously seared steak bites to the pan and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Remove the steak bites from the pan again and let them rest.

While the steak is resting, bring a separate pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your pasta of choice and cook according to package directions until al dente. Before draining, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

In the same flavorful pan used for the steak, add 1/4 cup of butter and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and add the Italian seasoning. Let the sauce come to a gentle bubble, then reduce the heat to low. Begin to shred the Parmesan cheese directly into the sauce while continuously stirring. Continue stirring until the Parmesan is melted and the sauce is thick and creamy.

Add the al dente pasta to the creamy Alfredo sauce in the pan. Toss the pasta with tongs to coat it evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

Arrange the garlic butter steak bites on top of the pasta and sauce mixture in the pan. Drizzle some of the remaining Alfredo sauce over the steak bites. Garnish with a final sprinkle of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Garlic Butter Steak Bites Alfredo Pasta.
