Add the milk powder, powdered sugar, melted or soft butter, and 1/4 cup of hot water to a blender.

Blend all the ingredients together for 20 seconds, or until a rich, smooth, and creamy consistency is achieved.

If a thicker consistency is desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons more hot water, one tablespoon at a time, and blend briefly after each addition until the desired thickness is reached.
Transfer the freshly made condensed milk into an airtight container.

Refrigerate the condensed milk for at least 2 hours to allow it to thicken beautifully. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
