Carefully peel and dice the 2 mangoes into small, uniform pieces. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Finely dice the 1/2 red onion and add it to the bowl with the mangoes.

Chop the 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl.

Dice the 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 orange bell pepper, and 1/2 green bell pepper into small pieces and add them to the bowl.

Mince the 1 jalapeño. For less heat, remove the seeds and white membrane before mincing. Add to the bowl.

Juice the 1 lime directly into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.

Gently mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
