Open the package of chicken franks.

Cut the chicken franks into smaller, manageable pieces, roughly 1-inch in length, to facilitate processing.
Place all the cut chicken franks into a food processor.

Process the chicken franks until they are finely ground and form a smooth, paste-like consistency. Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure even processing.

Remove the processed chicken paste from the food processor and place it onto a clean cutting board or a large plate.

Using your hands, shape the chicken paste into small, irregular pieces, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inches in size, to resemble classic chicken nuggets.

Arrange the shaped nuggets on a plate, ensuring they are not touching each other.

Take each nugget and thoroughly coat it with all-purpose flour, ensuring all sides are covered evenly. Lightly shake off any excess flour.

Heat cooking oil in a deep pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 350°F (175°C). If you don't have a thermometer, a small drop of flour should sizzle immediately when added to the oil.

Carefully place the flour-coated nuggets into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Do not add too many at once, as this can lower the oil temperature and result in soggy nuggets.

Fry the nuggets for 3-5 minutes per batch, turning occasionally, until they turn golden brown and appear crispy on all sides.

Once fried, remove the nuggets from the oil using a slotted spoon or spider and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serve the homemade nuggets immediately, optionally with your favorite dipping sauce.
