Ingredients

- 2 English cucumber, large, peeled, 1 cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds, 1 thinly sliced lengthwise into ribbons
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 12 cherry tomatoes, small
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons Salsa Picante Amor Hot Sauce, or other hot sauce, as needed for drizzling

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
