- 1 box brownie mix, (400–500g)

Preheat your oven according to the specific instructions provided on your chosen brownie mix packaging. Line a brownie tin with baking paper.

Place the 250g block of silken tofu into a blender. Blend the tofu until it is completely smooth and liquid, with no lumps remaining.

In a mixing bowl, combine the blended smooth silken tofu with the contents of the 1 box of brownie mix (around 400–500g).

Stir the mixture thoroughly until a smooth and consistent batter forms.

Pour the prepared batter into the lined brownie tin. Spread the batter evenly across the tin using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
