In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked and crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until all ingredients are well combined.

Divide the jalapeño popper mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place the jalapeño popper patties on the hot surface and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until a golden-brown, crispy crust forms.

While the popper patties cook, prepare the burger sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, honey, and pickle juice until smooth and well combined.

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form them into loose balls. Heat the same skillet or griddle (or a separate one) over medium-high heat. Place the beef balls on the hot surface. Place a piece of parchment paper over each beef ball and use a burger press or a sturdy spatula to smash them down into patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Season the top of each beef patty with salt.

Place the cut sides of the potato rolls onto the griddle to toast alongside the beef patties. Cook the beef patties for 2-3 minutes until a crust forms. Flip the beef patties and remove the toasted buns from the griddle. Immediately place one slice of American cheese on top of each cooking beef patty. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of the prepared burger sauce onto the bottom half of each toasted potato roll. Carefully place a cooked jalapeño popper patty on top of the sauce. Then, place a cheese-topped beef patty on top of the jalapeño popper patty. Add several sliced pickles on top of the beef patty. Spread more burger sauce on the top half of each toasted potato roll and place it onto the assembled burger.
