Cut each corn on the cob into 1-inch thick pieces.

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the cut corn pieces and boil for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Drain the corn and set aside.

In a large pan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and the red chili powder to the pan. Stir well to combine with the butter mixture.

Add the boiled corn pieces to the pan. Fry the corn, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.

Sprinkle the garam masala, pepper powder, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt over the corn. Drizzle with soy sauce.

Add a splash of water to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to slightly thicken.

Remove from heat. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the butter garlic sweet corn before serving. Enjoy!
