Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine the Trader Joe's Meatless Ground, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Form the mixture into 12-16 small meatballs. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. They don't need to be cooked through, just nicely browned.

While the meatballs are browning, in a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce over the browned meatballs in the skillet. Stir gently to coat. Add the sautéed bell peppers and onions to the sauce.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbling.

Carefully remove the skillet from the oven. Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through. Fill each roll with several meatballs, sauce, and a generous amount of fresh mozzarella cheese.

Place the filled subs back into the oven (or under the broiler for a few minutes, watching carefully) until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the rolls are lightly toasted.

Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy Impossible meatball subs!
