Take 1 apple. Cut the apple into slices, then dice the slices into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the diced apple to the mixing bowl with the celery.

Take a bunch of fresh coriander (about 1/2 cup chopped). Wash the coriander in a bowl of water. Dry the washed coriander by rolling it in a clean kitchen towel. Place the dried coriander on the cutting board and finely chop it. Add the chopped coriander to the mixing bowl.

Take a handful of walnuts (about 1/2 cup). Place the walnuts on the cutting board and coarsely chop them. Add the chopped walnuts to the mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, pour in 1/4 cup of olive oil. Grind 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper into the olive oil. Add 1 teaspoon of honey. Cut 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange, then squeeze the juice from both halves into the dressing bowl.

Whisk all the dressing ingredients in the small bowl until well combined.

Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients in the large mixing bowl.

Use two wooden spoons to thoroughly mix all the salad ingredients with the dressing until everything is well coated.

Serve the salad immediately and enjoy.
