Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Take the package of biscuit dough. Using kitchen shears, cut the biscuit dough into small, bite-sized pieces. Distribute these cut biscuit pieces evenly among the 6 individual glass meal prep containers.

In a mixing bowl, crack the 10 eggs. Add the 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the eggs.

Whisk the egg, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper mixture thoroughly with a fork or whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.

Pour the whisked egg mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces in each of the 6 individual containers.

Take the turkey bacon strips and, using kitchen shears, cut them into small pieces directly over the egg mixture in each container, distributing evenly.

Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of each casserole.

Finish by sprinkling about 1 teaspoon of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning over the cheese on each casserole.

Place the assembled casseroles in the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are settled and cooked through. An inserted knife should come out clean.

Once baked, remove the casseroles from the oven and allow them to cool completely before covering. Once cooled, cover each container with a lid. They are now ready for weekly breakfast meal prep.
