Place a large skillet or pan on the stove over medium heat.

Add the 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan and allow it to melt completely.

Once the butter is melted, add the 6 finely diced garlic cloves to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the 1 teaspoon of garlic chili oil to the pan with the garlic and butter. Stir the mixture well to combine.

Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook the shrimp for approximately 3 minutes on one side, until they begin to turn pink and opaque.

Using tongs, flip the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side, until thoroughly cooked through. Avoid overcooking to prevent the shrimp from becoming dry.

Pour approximately 8 fluid ounces (half a bottle) of Kraft Classic Catalina Dressing over the cooked shrimp in the pan.

Close the pan with a lid and let the shrimp simmer in the sauce for another 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

The Catalina Shrimp are now done and ready to serve. For best enjoyment, peel the shrimp at the table and dip them into the delicious sauce remaining at the bottom of the bowl.
