Preheat your oven broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster shell, from the tail end towards the head, being careful not to cut through the meat. Gently separate the meat from the shell. Pull the meat upwards, resting it on top of the shell in a "piggyback" or "butterfly" style. You may want to wear gloves to protect your hands from small spines on the underside of the shell.

Prepare the garlic butter sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the pressed garlic cloves and seafood seasoning. Stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Pour the mixture into a separate small bowl for easy application.

Place the prepared lobster tails on the lined baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the exposed lobster meat using a silicone basting brush.

Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque, slightly golden brown, and bubbly. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Remove the lobster tails from the oven. Spoon any remaining melted garlic butter sauce over the hot lobster tails. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing.
