Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, dry ranch dip, garlic powder, cilantro, pickled jalapeños, 2 tablespoons of pickled jalapeño juice, 1/4 cup of buttermilk, tomatillos, and lime juice in a blender.

Blend all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add the remaining buttermilk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until your desired consistency is reached.
