Arrange the sliced zucchini rounds in a single layer at the bottom of the Ninja CRISPi glass container.

Add the whole baby corn, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and green chili (if using) into the container, arranging them around the zucchini slices.

Season the vegetables generously with ground salt and ground black pepper.

Place the air fryer rack/grate directly over the seasoned vegetables in the container.

Using tongs, carefully place the beef pieces onto the rack, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer for even cooking.

Lightly spray the beef pieces with cooking spray.

Place the Ninja CRISPi air fryer lid onto the container. Set the air fryer to cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the air fryer lid. Using tongs, lift the rack with the cooked beef and transfer the beef directly into the glass container with the cooked vegetables.

Drizzle soy sauce over the cooked beef and vegetables, tossing gently to combine. Taste and add more salt, pepper, or soy sauce if desired.
Serve the Air-Fried Beef and Mixed Vegetables directly from the Ninja CRISPi glass container. If storing for meal prep, allow the meal to cool slightly, then secure a storage lid onto the glass container and refrigerate.

To reheat or recrisp, remove the storage lid. Place the container back onto the Ninja CRISPi base, secure the air fryer lid, select the "RECRISP" mode (if available) or air fry at 350°F, and set the timer for 5 minutes, or until heated through and crisped to your liking.
