Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a clear rectangular baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches or similar size) or line with parchment paper.

Peel the 3 overripe bananas and place them directly into the prepared baking dish.

Using a fork, thoroughly mash the bananas in the baking dish until mostly smooth with a few small lumps remaining.

Crack the 2 eggs directly into the mashed bananas in the baking dish. Mix the eggs and mashed bananas together with the fork until well combined.

Add the 3/4 cup of peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or vanilla bean powder), and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the banana mixture in the dish.

Mix all the ingredients together with the fork until well combined and a uniform batter forms.

Pour the 1/4 cup of melted dairy-free chocolate over the top of the banana bread mixture in the baking dish.

Using a spoon or a knife, gently swirl the melted chocolate into the banana mixture to create an appealing marbled effect.

Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, carefully remove the banana bread from the oven. Allow it to cool in the baking dish for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving. This helps it set and prevents crumbling.
