Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Hollow out the center of each King's Hawaiian roll to create a hole for the meatballs. Lightly spray the rolls with non-stick olive oil spray and season with a pinch of garlic powder. Bake for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted and golden brown. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, yellow mustard, grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, fresh basil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Portion the meat mixture into 12 meatballs, each weighing approximately 3.1 ounces (about 88 grams).

Preheat a stovetop pan over medium-high heat (about 7/10 heat). Add the formed meatballs to the pan and sear each side until a nice crust forms.

Once all meatballs are seared, reduce the heat of the pan to a simmer (about 3/10 heat). Add the pizza sauce to the pan with the meatballs. Coat the meatballs in the sauce, allowing them to simmer and absorb the flavors, making them juicy.

Assemble the sliders: Place one meatball into each hollowed-out Hawaiian roll. You may need to gently wiggle them in due to their size. Spoon some warm pizza sauce from the pan over each meatball. Top each with approximately 15 grams of washed part skim mozzarella and a sprinkle of fresh chopped basil.

Place the assembled sliders back into the oven and broil until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
