Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Cook the Trader Joe's jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the Trader Joe's whole milk ricotta cheese, Trader Joe's shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spread about 1 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with approximately 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer in the baking dish over the marinara sauce.

Pour the remaining Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are mostly covered. Sprinkle generously with Trader Joe's shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is heated through. If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to get a golden-brown crust on the cheese.
