Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the stick of butter directly into a 9x13 inch baking dish and place it in the preheating oven to melt the butter. Once melted, carefully remove the dish from the oven.

Evenly layer the shredded rotisserie chicken over the melted butter in the baking dish. Then, spread the frozen mixed vegetables on top of the chicken layer.

Season the chicken and vegetables generously with Kinder's Roast Chicken seasoning and black pepper, or your preferred seasonings, to taste.

In a large measuring cup or mixing bowl, combine the milk with the entire contents of the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, including the small seasoning packet. Whisk until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Carefully pour the biscuit mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish. Do not stir or mix this layer into the ingredients below.

Using the same measuring cup (to minimize dirty dishes), combine the chicken stock and the can of cream of chicken soup. Whisk until the gravy mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the biscuit layer in the baking dish. Again, do not stir or mix this layer.

Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Once baked, carefully remove the Chicken Cobbler from the oven and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. This allows the layers to set and makes for easier serving.
