Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Take a bundt pan and grease it thoroughly. Then, coat the greased pan with chocolate sprinkles, ensuring they stick to the sides and bottom.

Pour 395 grams of condensed milk into the bottom of the prepared bundt pan, over the chocolate sprinkles. Set the cake pan aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add 3 whole eggs and 150 grams of refined sugar. Whisk these ingredients together until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

To the egg and sugar mixture, add 150 milliliters of vegetable oil and 250 milliliters of milk. Mix again until well combined.

Introduce 2 cups of wheat flour (each cup measuring 240 milliliters) and 1 cup of cocoa powder to the wet mixture.

Mix all ingredients until the batter is smooth and well combined, ensuring no lumps remain.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix just enough to incorporate it into the batter.

Carefully pour the prepared chocolate cake batter into the bundt pan, on top of the condensed milk and chocolate sprinkles.

Place the cake pan into the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes.

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven. Allow it to cool slightly in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate. The condensed milk and sprinkles will now form a delicious topping. Slice and serve.
