Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with Trader Joe's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray.

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken strips, Trader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning Blend, juice from 1 lime, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

Arrange the seasoned chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken bakes, prepare the cilantro lime rice. In a medium saucepan, combine the Trader Joe's Organic Jasmine Rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.

Once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Then, fluff with a fork.

Stir the juice from the second lime and the chopped fresh cilantro into the cooked rice. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve the Chili Lime Chicken Tenders immediately with the Cilantro Lime Rice. Garnish with optional Trader Joe's Organic Salsa, Organic Sour Cream, and lime wedges.
