Juice 4 to 5 limes directly into a blender.

Take 2 to 3 cucumbers. Rub their ends to remove any bitterness, then peel them. Chop the peeled cucumbers and add them to the blender.

Add 1/4 cup of agave to the blender.

Add 1 Asian pear, cut into pieces, to the blender.

Pour 4 cups of 100% coconut water (ensure it has no added sugar) into the blender.

Add a little bit of salt to the blender.

Secure the lid on the blender and carefully blend the mixture until it is smooth.

Strain the blended mixture into a desired pitcher to remove any pulp or solids.

Top off the pitcher with 2 cups of water and a whole bunch of mint.

Add lots of ice to the pitcher.

Stir the agua fresca well to combine all ingredients and chill.

To serve, take a lime wedge and moisten the rim of your serving glasses. Dip the moistened rim into Tajin to create a flavored rim.

Fill the rimmed glasses with ice, then pour the prepared agua fresca into each glass. Garnish with a lime slice, if desired.
