Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, oil, egg, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Gently fold in the mixed berries.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake bakes, prepare the topping. In a bowl, combine the coconut cream (or dairy cream), honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and fluffy.

Once the cake is baked and cooled, spread the topping over it. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
