Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking pan (a glass rectangular dish or a round metal pan will work).

Place the 2 peeled bananas directly into the prepared baking pan.

Crack the 2 eggs into the pan with the bananas.

Add the 120g of flour (oat flour is suggested) to the pan.

Spoon the 100g of 0% Greek yogurt on top of the other ingredients in the pan.

Add the 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.

Pour in the 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Drizzle the 35g of honey over all the ingredients in the pan.

Using a spoon or fork, thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the pan until a smooth, uniform batter is formed. Ensure the bananas are mashed and fully incorporated.

Add your desired amount of chopped chocolate pieces to the batter in the pan.

Lightly mix some of the chocolate into the batter, and/or sprinkle additional chocolate pieces on top of the batter for a nice finish.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Once baked, carefully remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before serving.
