Preheat your oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with foil.

Season the pork ribs generously with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Place the seasoned ribs on the prepared foil-lined baking tray.

In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic. Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined to create the BBQ glaze.

Brush the prepared BBQ glaze generously over the seasoned ribs. Cover the baking tray tightly with foil. Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

After the initial baking, carefully remove the ribs from the oven. Uncover the ribs by removing the foil. Brush the ribs with more of the BBQ glaze. Increase the oven heat to 220°C. Return the uncovered ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

The ribs are ready when they are sticky, caramelized, and the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender. Serve immediately.
